Frequently Asked Questions
All orders within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) are shipped for free! We ship all orders within the same day or the next business day, expect your order to reach you within 3 to 4 days from the shipping date.
Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and other US territories are under US shipping and are shipped free of charge.
Shipping can be expedited to a quicker service at an extra fee, options will be available upon checkout. Expedited shipments must be received by 12pm to be shipped the same day.
Orders shipped for free within the US are made through US Postal Service and do not have tracking, we find this method the quickest option available to you. If you would like a tracking method, an upgrade to UPS will be needed at checkout.
International shipping prices will vary depending on the destination. We can ship through US Postal Service or through UPS, shipments via USPS may take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on location.
Shipping to Canada and other international orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Please have patience during this process and to allow time for your shipment to clear customs.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA and Paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time.
Placing an order
We do not accept orders placed over the phone or through email, if you would like to place an order, please use the checkout system.
To cancel orders, please contact us immediately at email@example.com . Only orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled.
If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are missing install hardware in your package, please contact us at email@example.com
Receiving the wrong item
If you received a part different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org upon receiving the item
If you are unsatisfied with the product, please email us at email@example.com and let us know the reason for an exchange or return. Only unused and uninstalled products may be returned. Products may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase at a 15% restocking fee, please e-mail us for details for returning items. Return shipping costs are not refunded and Strut King has the right to refuse any item that have been previously installed.
If the price on our site has changed within 30 days of your purchase, we can exchange you the difference. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order info.
Purchases made through our eBay auctions do not qualify for price matching but may be returned if they are unused and uninstalled.
