RETURN POLICY

We accepts returns free of charge only if there was a mistake made on our part.  Return shipping for the wrong items sent will be reimbursed or credited towards future purchases.  

If you are not satisfied with the product you may return the item at no cost only on new and uninstalled parts.  We accept returns due to customer error and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.  Special order parts cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Products may also be returned due to manufacturing defects to Strut King and reimbursement will be made upon inspection and approval of the returned item.  If you are not happy with a product let us know, we will make every reasonable effort in keeping you satisfied.

EBAY PURCHASES

Purchases made through our eBay auctions do not qualify for price matching but may be returned if they are unused and uninstalled

PRICING POLICY

In the event of a pricing error or checkout error, we reserve the right to refuse any purchases made

Your credit card number is revealed only to the secure web server and credit card transaction processing organization responsible for the merchant account used by Strut King.

We use SSL (secure socket layer) encryption throughout your login and transaction purchases.

Strut King is not responsible for any harm or injury resulting from or by use of any of the products that Strut King sells or manufactures.
